How to use the hotel’s laundry service

- Pick up a laundry basket from the reception.

- Drop off your basket at the reception.

- Get your freshly cleaned clothes back in as little as 3 hours or at your preferred time.
Term & Conditions:

- Please note that your clothes will be washed together in a single cycle, so they will be mixed your other items but not other guests’ items.

- If you’d like us to separate colors, faded clothes, or delicate fabrics, we’ll need to charge for additional fee.

- Kindly inform our staff if your clothes cannot be tumble dried, if they’re prone to fading, cannot be washed with other items, or require special care.

- Since our pricing is affordable and only covers the cost of service, the hotel is not responsible for any damage to clothing, especially if the damage is due to pre-existing flaws, failure to provide special care instructions, or if the item is unsuitable for standard washing. We also can’t be held responsible for items left in pockets, like keys or pens, that may cause damage.
Cancellation policy: No cancellation or refunds can be made
Amendment Policy: Changes made at least 24 hours before the activity are free.
Confirmation: You’ll get confirmation once you made payment for the activity.
